Manage day-to-day E-commerce store operations and optimize performance to ensure the online sales targets are reached.
Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all internal website queries.
Create & maintain website content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times.
Create and deploy digital marketing strategies to increase Online Sales.
Management of internet marketing including social media integration.
Regular Product updation on E-Commerce website.
Monitor online and mobile shopping trends and maintain knowledge of competition and opportunities.
Identify and communicate opportunities for optimization, profitability growth and improvements.
Make, Plan, Design and Execute Promotions on social media.
Manage customer reviews, FAQs and coordinate with customer service and operations teams.
