Billing Supervisor – Position Description

We are looking for an experienced billing resource to join our team. As a Billing Supervisor he will undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks. He will be responsible for the accurate and timely coordination of invoices every month, create reports for the higher management reflecting billing and revenue numbers.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily financial management such as Treasury management, Bank Account management and accounting management.
Prepares Cash Projections, forecasts and plan cash payments accordingly.
Directs and supervises the activities of accounts payable function.
Handle and supervise all expenses accounts.
Responsible for review of invoices for accuracy and authorization prior to payment.
Responsible for accurate preparation of all payments issued.
Responsible for record retention for source documents.
Prepares payable reports upon request.
Being an Accounts Payable Supervisor ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and control reports.
Resolve payment issues with assigned vendors.
Coordination with GL department for accurate and timely booking of expenses incorrect period.
Supervise reconciliation of vendor accounts and their balances.

Skills:

Quick Books, Excel, Outlook, Other MS Office Applications, Team Player, Effective Communicator.
