Position Description:
A well versed graphics and web designer that can meet the needs of the modern digital world and possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of User Experience/User Interface and be passionate about researching, designing, testing, applying user-centric products and experiences. We want someone to help work in bringing together a consistent, intuitive design/function across the Web.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meeting or communicating with clients to understand what they want out of a project, and helping them get those ideas out in a workable way
- Designing advertisements (google ads and social media ads), brochures, logo designing, signs, stickers, web pages, case study templates and pdf design, print work and other branding and communication materials
- Revising a design brief so it fits a client’s budget and ideas more closely
- Pitching an idea of how to actualize a client’s project (wire framing)
- Revising a design or project deliverable to meet specifications
- Ability to work with multiple CMS (content management systems) including WordPress primarily
- Understanding of how UX design impacts brand positioning, conversion, and customer happiness
- Working as part of a team to create a larger design, or to complete a small portion of a big project
- Able to create illustrations for specific projects
- Basic know how of HTML and CSS work
- Creating sitemaps, mockups, journey maps, and user interfaces.
- Great communication, organization, and presentation skills and a passion for the digital space.

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, WordPress, HTML, CSS
