Technical Skills:
- Expert in deploying client/server, web-based, and network management tools/Software. Good knowledge of Microsoft/Linux network/system technologies and architectures.
- Able to provide desktop support to end-user and identify cost-effective technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Excellent analytical, data manipulation, and interrogation skills.
- Ensuring that all IT changes are managed so that they minimize downtime and risk of any inconvenience.
- Deploying and maintaining the infrastructure and IT systems.
- Knowledge of Open Source Solutions/Network Management system and deployment. The resource should be able to work in rotating shifts preferably in the night shift.
