Job Details:
- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of guidelines and internal policies
- Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously to minimize hidden risks or non-conformity issues
- Audit and analyses various data sources, reports and documentation related to medical billing
- Manage end-to-end new client on-boarding within the given timelines.
- Ensure efficient servicing of existing clients
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments to ensure and follow the best practices in compliance control
- Prepare reports such as feasibility analysis, projections, asset valuation and appraisal, data reconciliation and etc. for senior management, clients and operational business units when required
- Manage data for various existing and on-going projects, clients and campaigns
- Liaise with different business units and stakeholders such as IT for new and on-going business development needs and existing project enhancements
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Prior working experience of at least 5 years in a similar capacity
- Proven experience as a Data / Financial manager in US Healthcare Industry
- Prior history of auditing complex financial documents such as bank statements, cash flow statements, projections, data dumps and etc.
- Awareness of Data Management practices as well as Data Quality Control
- In-depth knowledge of the US Healthcare industry’s standards and regulations
- Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with all levels within the organization
- Proficiency in methodically planning and prioritizing tasks as per the business requirements
- Excellent command on Microsoft Excel.
- Certifications would be a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping
- Analytical capabilities to able to identify the complexities of procedures and regulations while also being able to identify problem areas and provide solutions
- BBA/MBA in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
