Appedology (PVT) Ltd. is looking for a dynamic resource for the position of Manager Sales IT - Night Shift.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a proven work experience of 8-10 years of business development in regards to IT sales ,lead generation in software, logo designing, CRM and HRM portal, web and mobile applications through cold calling, email, chat, social media and freelancing.
  • Able to manage a team of software developers
  • Should have sound knowledge of SDLC and project management
  • Consistently achieve sales goals and are driven to deliver results.
  • Have strong communication (written and verbal), organizational and leadership skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of LinkedIn and other professional social platforms.
  • Have the ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate software solutions concepts to key contacts and navigate a software solution sales.
  • Are excited about staying abreast of relevant technology applications and trends.
  • Establishes strong working relationships with clients and colleagues to drive business and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Are honest, respectful of others, and adhere to business standards and ethics.

We expect individuals to:

  • Extract sales data and execute the sales funnel. (Newsletters, emails, follow-ups)
  • Meet monthly individual sales and activity targets.
  • Manage a team of IT sales executives.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of calls.
  • Schedule online product demonstrations.
  • Provide strategic input for product sales initiatives and marketing specifically as it relates to geographic and vertical market analysis.
  • Maintain and effectively manage prospect “follow-up” list.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Business / related field; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 6 years of months experience in IT Sales and Digital Marketin
