We're looking for a motivated individual with 1–2 years of experience (or strong theoretical knowledge) to help us maintain and improve our software testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute efficient test plans and test cases.
Understand and apply SDLC, STLC, and the defect lifecycle throughout the testing process.
Perform Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and Regression Testing.
Work in Agile environments and contribute to sprint planning from a QA perspective.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, designers) to define testing strategies.
Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing.
Reproduce, log, and track bugs and issues; assist developers in debugging.
Continuously improve test processes, coverage, and tools.
Maintain well-organized test case documentation and test reports.
Help optimize release speed and ensure production stability.
Stay up to date with new testing tools and QA best practices.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
1 to 2 years of hands-on experience (or equivalent solid knowledge) in software testing and QA.
Familiarity with testing concepts, methodologies, and tools.
Basic knowledge of APIs and SQL/database queries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic tech-driven environment.
