Technical leadership and establishing best practices for integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
Manage vendor relationships, participate in vendor selection and bidding processes and contract negotiation.
Collaborate with Infrastructure and IT Security leaders to maintain a robust information security posture for Salesforce systems to protect the privacy and confidentiality of Catalent’s data. Ensure team maintain strict compliance with IT & corporate policies.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing a diverse team to foster an environment of collaboration, teamwork and metrics-based execution. Present and lead discussions between the business and IT.
