We are looking for Manager Transport for as per following detail.

Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the operations management of hospital waste management vehicles deployed in different districts of Pakistan for the collection of hospital waste.
Responsible for the vehicles maintenance management as per manufacturer recommendations.
Responsible to monitor transportation costs.
Responsible for major and minor Maintenance of all vehicles keep an eye on the maintenance cost as well.
Responsible for cost controlling on Fueling.
To manage fleet/fuel cards issuance, blocking and fuel limits for vehicle operation.
Responsible for keeping organized records of vehicles, maintenance schedules and completed fuel logs etc.
To analyze the consolidated reports and suggest improvements/recommendations.
Responsible to manage the staff driver/helper deployed to run the fleet of vehicles.
Responsible to monitor the movements of vehicles through tracking management system.
Responsible to submit the daily, weekly and monthly reports to the top management.
Responsible to ensure the uninterrupted operations of vehicles by adopting the latest tools and techniques of management.
Responsible to prepare the movement plan of Vehicles.
Responsible to get the daily/weekly/Monthly reports from the field staff.
Responsible to do the analytical analysis of all reports.
To hire vehicle drivers and helpers through written test, driving test and interview.
Responsible to point out any kind of anomaly related to the vehicle operations.
Any other assignment given by the top management.
