- Responsible for the Maintaining vehicle compliance with regulations like Department of Fleet requirements.
- Scheduling and monitoring driver routes and hours.
- Managing company vehicles, coordinating maintenance and upgrading when necessary.
- Ensuring that all vehicles are regularly inspected (tyres, tyre pressure, fluid levels, etc.) and are kept in good working order.
- Arranging repairs and routine maintenance.
- Maintaining and completing accurate records.
- Keep documents current such as registration, insurance, vehicle logs, daily inspection reports, etc.
- Any other assignment given by the top management.
