PKR. 60,000 - 70,000/Month

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of MEPG systems.
Ensure that all MEPG systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, gas, and others) are operational and compliant with hospital standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a seamless operation of all critical systems.
Coordinate and monitor the schedule for preventive maintenance of all MEPG systems to ensure equipment and systems remain in optimal condition.
Coordinate corrective maintenance when required, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
Maintain records of all maintenance activities and to a high standard.
Provide guidance and training to staff as needed to improve efficiency and performance.
Liaise with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers for equipment servicing, repairs, and installations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all MEPG systems, including service records, compliance certifications, and equipment manuals.
Prepare and submit regular reports on the condition, maintenance, and performance of MEPG systems to the management.
Assist in coordinating MEPG-related projects, including upgrades and system replacements, ensuring timely completion within budget.
