Customer Sales Executive

Arbi Logistics LLC is looking for Customer Sales representatives (Truck Dispatching) who have good communication skills, the ability to find best-paying loads, negotiate desired rates with brokers, Knowledge of creating and maintaining dedicated lanes, and have Complete knowledge of major load boards

Experienced candidates in the trucking industry are preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sourcing Carriers by speaking with them.
Making Outbound calls and onboarding carriers.
Adding Loads into the system (Dispatch Management Software) and assign to Trucks.
Managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes
Submitting Invoices
Maintaining Records
Negotiating rates and delivery timelines

REQUIREMENTS:

Hardworking & Punctual
Fluent USA English
Excellent Communication (Oral and Verbal)
Ability to work under pressure. Computer Literate (MS Word & Excel)
Experience in the trucking industry is preferred.
