The Development Team Lead is responsible for performing a variety of technical and management activities for assigned projects. These activities include:
Working closely with customers.
Coordination and supervision of software development/maintenance.
Providing project and technical leadership for the development team.
Creating detailed system design documents.
Conducting design reviews.
Communicating specifications to the development team.
Preparing system test plans and coordinating system test activities.
