Area Business Manager - (Lubricant)

PrimeHR is seeking a dedicated Area Business Manager (ABM) for a leading client in the lubricant industry. This position is based in the Rawalpindi/Islamabad region and requires extensive travel, as the role involves frequent fieldwork. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical or chemical engineering along with relevant industry experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow business operations within the designated area, focusing specifically on lubricant products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to drive sales and expand market presence.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (B.E.) from a recognized university.
- Three to four years of relevant experience in the lubricant industry.
- Energetic and proactive personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage responsibilities while frequently traveling.
