Responsibilities
• Ensure that best practices are uniformly adopted and maintained in marketing operations
• Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
• Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns
• Monitor Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn marketing activities to enhance audience engagement
• Maintain the schedule of content creation and publishing
• Collect data from multiple sources for use in reports pertaining to online advertising and report periodically
• Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or online
• Work closely with in-house or external creative teams to develop marketing materials
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Support marketing analysis in regards to KPIs and data throughout the customer journey
Qualifications
• Bachelors in Business, Marketing or Computer Science
• 1-3 years relevant professional experience. Fresh graduates with demonstrable ability to plan and execute a project can be considered.
• Familiarity with the concept of digital marketing and its purpose
• Proficiency in the use of technology
• A natural ability to organize and present information
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new knowledge and processes using digital tools
• Basic understanding of statistics and graphs
• Some experience with graphics preferred but not necessary
