Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across online, offline and other relevant platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of the brand
  • Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online, offline and social media
  • Supervising creative design and all other forms of communication which represents the brand to maintain consistency with the brand image
  • Cross-department collaboration with teams to come up with campaigns or designs to help them meet their objectives.
  • Develop a monthly Brand Activity Calendar and ensure its timely execution.
  • Coordination with Influencers for collaborations to promote the brand image
  • Planning, Ideation and Production of all outsourced creative assets including radio ads, digital videos, and tv commercial.
  • Identify unique local marketing activities aligned with business priorities.
  • Eensuring all team members provide high quality work, monitoring the delivery of the brand direction and recommending areas of improvement.
  • Rresponsible for creating and implementing a long-term communication strategy, producing a yearly commercial calendar plan with KPI’s
  • Work with key role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives.
  • In charge of providing strategic input and direction for the brand, developing style guides, templates, and other materials, developing non-campaign brands while keeping the company’s vision, mission, and objectives in mind; and advising internal and external stakeholders on issues relevant to the brand.

Requirements and skills

  • minimum 12-15 years experience in related job and field Marketing/ Digital Marketing.
  • Proven Experience in working as a HOD / Director level position in a marketing Agency or a brand
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate which had a Substantial Media spending budget
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook ads, SEO
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Proven Success in developing a Communications Strategy and implementation
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
