We are a UK brand looking to expand our team and grow our business.  We have many products which we sell to retailers on a variety or different online platforms.  We are looking to open a office within Islamabad Pakistan within the next 6 months. The role will start as a remote work from home role immediately for the ideal candidate. We offer a generous salary package along with benefits.

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings, and enhance brand visibility on eBay and Amazon.
  • Manage eBay Amazon advertising campaigns, including sponsored products, sponsored brands, and display ads.
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics, such as sales performance, advertising ROI, and inventory levels, to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Required Skills

  • Both fluent English and written English skills
  • Previous experience working with eBay and Amazon
  • Digital marketing skills
  • Previous experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Knowledge of online marketing and search engine optimization
  • Strong understanding of eBay/Amazon policies and procedures
  • Experience with other market places preferred but training can be provided

Team Leadership:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to polish their product research and pricing skills.

  • Lead and motivate the team and assist provide them with strategies to achieve optimal sales results.

Collaboration:

  • Communicate across other departments including marketing, sales, and inventory to ensure seamless integration and successful product launches.

Product Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Identify high-demand products in the Canadian market to list in the Amazon marketplace.

  • Analyze competitors’ product listings and pricing structures to create internal strategies to gain competitive advantage.

Data Analytics & Inventory Management:

  • Use data analytics and inventory management tools like BQool and Helium to make informed decisions related to inventories, product listings, and pricing decisions.

  • Regularly analyze total sales and customer reviews to optimize product offerings.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Implement the right KPIs and report to the director to discuss suggestions regarding future performance.

  • Keep track of inventory quantity, product quality, output, and pricing to maintain efficient operations and a competitive pricing strategy.
