UI/UX Developer

Job Description

Ascertia is hiring an experienced UI/UX developer to work with Java Spring MVC Core application.

The ideal candidate must have demonstrable experience with Angular 7+, JQuery, Bootstrap, JSON HTTP and Ajax requests. He should have a keen understanding of javascript patterns and best practices as well as a keen eye for clean and elegant UI. He / She should additionally possess responsibility, leadership quality, and seeking new challenges, take initiatives, thinking out of the box, self-driven, self-motivated and be a good team player. Should have experience on enterprise level products.

Skills Required:

• Experience using Bootstrap 4+ framework
• Proficiency with JavaScript and HTML5, CSS, Table-less, responsive design
• Experience in handling of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks AngularJs/ Angular / React / BackboneJs etc.
• Deep knowledge of AngularJS/ Angular practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
• Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading
• Creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core AngularJS / Angular
• Extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods for providing performant visual effects and keeping the framerate above 30fps at all times
• Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Documenting the code inline using JSDoc or other conventions
• Writing extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks
• Creating e2e test suites for all components, and running them with Protractor (or a well-reasoned alternative)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and SVN
• Knowledge of Asp.Net / Asp.core will be a plus.

Product Information

Since 2001, Ascertia has been a global leader in delivering high-trust solutions for digital signatures, timestamping, certificate validation, certificate issuance.  Ascertia has two strategic products:

SigningHub (more business focused) delivers a complete signing solution enabling organisations to workflow documents for digital signature approval.  When integrated into core business applications or used standalone, SigningHub optimises how internal and external users can review, approve and sign documents at any time on any device. Available as an on-premise product, private cloud service or multi-tenanted public cloud service.

ADSS Server (more technical focused) is an advanced framework product that offers a full range of PKI related services.  It is the cryptographic engine that powers SigningHub and includes support for qualified and AATL certificates, central key management, local and remote signing and long-term signature creation and verification.  Modular license options exist for CA, RA, OCSP, SCVP, TSA, central signing, local signing, authorised remote signing.
