PKR. 25,000 - 35,000/Month

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Managing Recruitment, Client Coordination, HRMIS, Employee Relations
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Shortlisting the right candidates according to the need of the job.
Calling candidates for an interview.
Conduct the initial interview.
Schedule interviews and panel meetings
Prepare letters and documents(Termination/Warning/NOC/Experience/Joining/Account Opening Letters)
Provide orientation to new employees.
Maintaining record of Resumes for future needs
Maintain relevant database
Maintaining leave records of employees.
Assist Health Insurance record of the employees and liaison with the Insurance Company

Education

BBA/MBA with majors in HR with 1-2 years’ experience
Graduation with 5+ years’ experience

Other Terms

Position is Islamabad based.
Age limit 25-35 years.
