To visit the concerned Hospital Admission/Discharge offices.
To visit In-patient Room/Wards for Admitted patients.
To verify insured members/patients through the identification process.
Will review medical records and ongoing dealings.
To meet duty doctor/treating consultant to verify treatments/medications.
Ask for early discharge considering ongoing treatment to minimize hospital stay.
To coordinate with the Intimation Team
To review daily patients Census of related Panel Hospitals
Physical Verification of Reimbursement and Panel claim (as and when assigned).
Will report and notify details of daily visits/workings to the Reporting head.
