The JDs will be the sum of the followings:

Allot nozzle sales of lifted products to all respective filling stations.
Ensure appropriate stocks pattern is at each filling station monthly.
Gather and account for all purchases and sales in the monthly sales tax return and calculate expected tax liability.
Report any unusual tax liability to avail approval to submit the same.
Collect information on the primary carriage from operations and prepare all provinces' carriage bills & invoices
Manage Provincial tax liabilities
Prepare all the data for provincial sales tax returns and submitted the related returns
Conduct meetings as per instructions of the line manager and circulate minutes at appropriate levels.
Supervise the entire GL and ensure the circulation of payments of operational and nonoperational vendors on time.
Manage Trial to be accounted for in related closing.
Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly Financial statements and report the same in monthly reporting.
Supervise chart of account (COA) including parent-subsidiary accounts.
Prepare and report monthly purchase dashboards, Sales dashboards, and stocks dashboards.
Liaison with external auditors and resolve issues to be addressed in GL.
Book all adjusting entries in books of accounts proposed by external auditors and ensure the trail is as per audited digits.
Supervise all the tasks of the accounts executive, tax executive, and accounts officer – give training and instructions where required.
Compliance with withholding tax rules and filing of related quarterly statements.
Coordination with the consultant for SECP filings and fulfilling other related requirements.
Arrange kick-off meetings under the supervision of the line manager.
