Assistant Manager Accounts

Joyland Ltd is looking for a motivated Assistant Manager Accounts to join their Lahore-based team. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 4 years of relevant experience and hold a CA Finalist or ACCA qualification. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs110,000. The role focuses on managing a variety of accounting functions while providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making within the company.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Analyze financial data to generate actionable insights that assist management in planning and strategy. Monitor overall financial performance and produce regular reports for senior leadership review. Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts to guide operational decisions. Track budget adherence, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain financial discipline. Provide financial advice and support to department heads and managers to optimize resource allocation. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of invoices, payments, and collections. Monitor receivables aging and proactively follow up with customers to secure prompt payments. Manage banking activities to ensure smooth and efficient financial transactions with banking partners.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have 3 to 4 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles. A CA Finalist or ACCA qualification is essential for this position.
