Position Objectives

The candidate with good communication skills, conceptual and “Forward – Planning and Strategy Skills” is expected to continuously focus on overall administration of our Regional Office Lahore with service oriented approach and be able to facilitate the team at Regional Office, Lahore for its smooth operations

Role and Responsibilities

·         Supervise and monitor the housekeeping and security affairs and take necessary steps to maintain and provides conducive environment.

·         Repair and maintenance of building, furniture, fixture, equipment and vehicles

·         Fleet management for the sales team to move officially within and outside city

·         Travel support to staff moving for official business within Pakistan in coordinate with Head Office which includes processing for travel approval, arrangement of transport/ Airline tickets, accommodate etc

·         Ensure continues function of utilities and telecommunication system

·         Procurement of grocery and office supplies, furniture, fixture and equipment

·         Facilitate the inventory department in warehouse and movement of Goods

·         Monitoring the movements of office pool vehicles and ensure its timely maintenance

·         Monitoring the attendance, leaves/ absents and movement of staff through proper documentation process and with strong communication with HR department in Karachi
