A Software House with a strong presence in Lahore is looking for a talented HR person to hire as Assistant Manager HR. The ideal candidate should be Bachelors/Master Degree preferably in Human Resource Management with Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience in the relevant field in well reputed organization(s).

The candidate must possess:

  • Excellent communication skills with a pleasant personality.
  • Strong Persuasive and analytical skills are required for effective and in time decision making.

Responsibilities:

  • A very good understanding on developing and implementing HR Policies, Procedures & Processes
  • Responsible for Employee Engagement and motivation, grievance handling, building employee Morales through events and entertainment
  • Managing Complete Recruitment process including Rigorous Head hunting and posting on different job portals.
  • Responsible for Employees’ Orientations, Socialization and Motivation
  • Responsible for Performance Management
  • Responsible for Payroll management
