- Collecting production demands, planning and producing accordingly and manage dispatch operations on time.
- Improvement and Development of production process for the purpose of yield enhancement, wastage reduction and quality and / or safety improvement
- Baking knowledge of following below mentioned products
- Bread and Pitta Bread
- Cake Rusk / Tea Rusk
- Cakes / Cup Cakes
- Ensure effective implementation of quality management system
- Organize all the activities to establish and implement HACCP system, to ensure consumer safety
- Coordinate and assist in maintaining and routine plant audit inspections
- Guide the value stream to ensure they are engaged and high performing with a focus on problem solving and team work
- Ensure effective compliance of company’s policies and procedures
- Accept / reject and set out guidelines for rework off code finished product
- Continuous product improvement by discovering better operational standards and ingredients
- Work closely with supervisors and maintenance staff to plan work, set targets and make sure the finished products meet quality standards
- Monitoring production schedules and adjusting them if problem occurs
- Preparing orders, setting quality standards and estimating timescales
