Clipsal by Schneider Electric is looking for a motivated Assistant Manager Sales specializing in Wiring Devices to join their team in Karachi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and providing technical support within the electrical products sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on Clipsal Wiring Devices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and panel builders to support business expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
- Provide technical support and deliver product presentations to potential clients, ensuring they understand product advantages.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and collect customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare detailed proposals, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and quotations aligned with project needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in electrical product sales, particularly wiring devices.
- Established network within construction, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and electrical contractor sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and highly organized.
