- He should handle the agriculture machinery problem and timely solution.
- He will be responsible to keep the agriculture machinery in proper working order in on / off-season basis.
- Having diversifies knowledge of farming practices would be an advantages over the rest of the candidates.
- He has good communication and negotiating skills especially with farming communities.
- Technical diploma or certificates from recognized institutes will be given a certain weightage.
- Candidate will be ready to work in remote rural areas with odd hours in farming operations.
