We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager Sales – Air Compressor to lead sales initiatives, drive business growth, and expand our customer base for industrial air compressor products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing key accounts, and delivering strong sales performance within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Identify and approach potential clients in industrial sectors (manufacturing, textile, automotive, etc.).

  • Manage existing customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare technical/commercial proposals and follow up on leads and inquiries.

  • Collaborate with the service and technical support team to ensure seamless post-sales support.

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.

  • Maintain updated records of sales activities through CRM and reporting systems.

  • Conduct regular visits to clients for presentations, negotiations, and relationship building.

  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies and company procedures.
