An ideal candidate must have 1 - 3 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing of Medical Products. Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply. *Candidates must own a Bike.

Identifies business opportunities in relation to retention and growth strategies. Complete market & competitor analysis to penetrate in key Government & private accounts.Build customer relations and rapport.
Responsible for marketing of products by conducting in-service and promotional activities.
Responsible for developing education and training programs and conducting comprehensive user training and also provide technical assistance to all existing customers.
He will be responsible for market research and customer universe updatation of assigned territory.
Achieved sales target and business development function in identifying, engaging and growing new customers.
He will collaborate with the marketing team to plan sales promotions and product communications.
Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction
Support local teams in the execution of activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives
Responsible for providing information on activity in the marketplace, this includes competitor analysis and product assessment.
Worked with team to execute team objectives and goals.

Requirements:

Bachelors in Lab Technology or Pharma. D or any health care-related field.
Experienced or Fresh Candidate (0 to 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical and health care related firms).
Proven experience as Product Specialist or similar role
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Creativity and commercial awareness
A team player with a customer-oriented approach
