Develop, implement and manage IT infrastructure. Upgrade existing hardware and software programs.
Technical support and troubleshooting daily basis end-user technical issues. Troubleshoot problems with systems and programs.
Provide specialist support for incidents and service requests (2nd level service desk) for overseas countries.
Assess the existing network serves, operating systems and security programs.
Engage in ongoing optimization and automation of service processes and documentation.
Participate in projects to introduce new systems and upgrade existing systems.
Install and implement effective security systems.
Manage data backup and retrieval processes

The commitment you bring

Knowledgeable in network technology/security, handling firewalls and access points
Experienced administrator of Windows Server 2012 R2 and newer versions
Good knowledge of VPN, DC, DNS, GPO and NFS
Fluency in English, both spoken and written

Requirements

Bachelors Degree with majors in Computer Sciences
Goal-oriented, driven, and highly motivated to succeed & take on challenges
Strong communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
