We are currently looking for an HR Executive.

Skills Required:-

Proven experience in Recruitment of Technical and Non-Technical Positions
Deep understanding of recruitment processes
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases
Strong knowledge of selection methods
Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
Excellent knowledge of the area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
Follow up with all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of goals and review
Strong Knowledge of HR functions

Requirements:

Masters/Bachelors in Business/HR
2-3 years of relevant job experience in core HR
Excellent analytical and organizational Skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Efficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
