About the Role:
AugmentCare is aiming to revolutionize the way healthcare is delivered in Pakistan. We are aiming to address key challenges in the care delivery process which can have a huge impact on millions of lives across Pakistan.
We are looking for a talented Senior developer for our Android team. You will be working with our team of talented engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Everyone plays a critical part in defining and building the perfect experience for our end-user.If you think you can take charge, solve problems, write robust & clean code and can see the products through from inception to completion, then we need you.
What you will be doing
Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
What do you need
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related subject
3+ years of Android development experience
Have published at least 5 original Android apps
Hand on experience with JAVA and Android SDK
Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
Expert in Android development (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, RxJava), with experience in UI/UX design.)
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Experience of working in an agile environment
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
Strong analytical thinker, intellectually curious
Required to work with Product Management, Testing UX to deliver the App.
Collaborate with the team to identify the best technological solution based on the rolled out requirement.
