The E-commerce Executive will play a key role in managing day-to-day online store operations, executing marketing strategies, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This is a dynamic role that requires a mix of analytical thinking, marketing execution, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Product Management

  • Manage and update product listings on Shopify, Alfamall, and other platforms.
  • Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing to boost conversions.
  • Monitor website performance, ensure all pages function smoothly, and troubleshoot any issues.

Sales & Campaign Execution

  • Implement and track promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
  • Work with the marketing team to launch email and social media campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations for better ROI.

Order & Inventory Coordination

  • Ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment in coordination with the logistics team.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
  • Identify fast-moving products and recommend purchasing strategies.

Customer Experience & Support Coordination

  • Assist customer service in resolving order-related queries and complaints.
  • Improve the checkout experience, site navigation, and product discoverability.
  • Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance satisfaction.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor sales trends, website traffic, and conversion rates using Google Analytics, Shopify reports, and other tools.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing AOV (Average Order Value).

Who You Are

  • E-commerce-Savvy: You have experience working with Shopify, Alfamall, or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Data-Driven Thinker: You make decisions based on numbers, insights, and market trends.
  • Marketing & Sales Enthusiast: You understand how to create and execute online promotions.
  • Problem-Solver: You can troubleshoot issues and come up with effective solutions.
  • Tech-Friendly: You’re comfortable using Google Sheets, analytics tools, and automation software.
  • Prior Experience: 1-3 years in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or online retail management is preferred.
  • Self-Starter: You take initiative and can manage multiple tasks independently.
