Admin / Human Resource Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating HR functions, including recruiting and hiring, training and development, and employee relations. Some specific duties that an HR officer might be responsible for include:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Managing employee records and personnel files
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees
  • Onboarding new hires and orienting them to the company
  • Administering benefits and payroll
  • Conducting performance evaluations and managing employee performance
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on a variety of HR-related issues, such as benefits, policies, and procedures
  • Developing and implementing training and development programs for employees
  • Managing employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplining employees as needed
  • Participating in the development and implementation of the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives

To be successful in this role, an HR officer should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a solid understanding of HR principles and regulations. They should also be able to work well under pressure and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is typically required for this position.
