We are looking for a confident, energetic, and motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing logistics company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads via calls and emails, presenting our logistics services, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our logistics services.
Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns or inquiries.
Craft and send persuasive email proposals tailored to client needs.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client data and call notes.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team as needed.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for outreach and lead conversion.
Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in B2B or logistics).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong email writing and proposal drafting skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic or other regional languages is a plus).
Confident, persuasive, and results-driven attitude.
Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
