Aziz Medicos Hyderabad was founded 19 years ago and is amongst the top pharmaceutical franchising firms in Pakistan. Currently dealing with almost 1000+ pharmaceutical products. Since last 3 years we have been manufacturing our nutraceutical range of 65+ products and are looking for a zonal sales manager to promote our products all over Pakistan and Afghanistan. Our products are fully enlisted and registered in Form 6 & 7.

The Work:

  • Participate in defining strategic sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for the region that supports strategic objectives.
  • Report regional sales information and recommendations for strategic planning.
  • Prepare and present regional sales action plans to executive management.
  • Participate in setting and implementing quality and customer service standards.
  • Resolve regional team and customer issues.
  • Identify and communicate sales trends to executive management. Participate in turning trends into positive sales outcomes through strategic planning.
  • Determine regional sales system improvements and manage changes.
  • Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with customer all over Pakistan.
  • Should possess brand developing qualities.
  • Lead and deliver outstanding education experiences and prepare staff.
  • Responsible for managing allocated territories of monthly account visits on an appropriate call cycle based upon tiers and geography to support and maintain coverage plan and optimize business results.
  • Work with teams to execute the promotional calendar with appropriate corporate personnel.
  • Leads all merchandising initiatives and maintains merchandising guidelines and corporate standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other key stakeholders to propose, decide and implement plans for corporate customers.
  • Record, monitor and report on activity with identified corporate practices.
  • Work with team to track account and sales activities, account visits, current business conditions, trends and competitive information through CRM.
  • Works with marketing team to maintain consistent sales support materials.
  • Resolve customer issues by investigating problems; developing solutions; and working with management.

The Fine Print:

  • 5 plus (5 +years) marketplace knowledge of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience defining the structure of a sales organization and leading the team to achieve results
  • Experience with systems that support tracking sales data and CRM required.
  • Proven analytic skills with market analysis and market intelligence. Ability to integrate and apply complex figures, data and information into potential sales models.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Travel up to 50%
