We're on the lookout for a talented senior developer who can not only bring their technical expertise in PHP, Laravel, React JS, Node, and Python but also lead our team through the entire development life cycle, with a focus on cloud technologies, especially AWS. Your role will be crucial in building and maintaining solutions that scale to serve millions of users daily, leveraging your experience with distributed architectures and microservices. Additionally, your sound working experience with AI, strong background in customization, and familiarity with WordPress will play a vital role in our forward-thinking projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Code, test, and debug software modules.
- Conduct unit testing and system testing to identify and resolve issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and development documentation.
- Keep documentation up-to-date with changes and enhancements.
- Lead and manage technical teams through project lifecycles.
- Oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and IT professionals, to deliver successful projects.
Additional Skills (bonus points):
- Familiarity with modern languages like dart, Flutter, Go, Ruby, or Java.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experienced with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- WordPress customization experience.
Requirements:
- Functional requirements for microservices endpoints will set the foundation for architecture for scale.
- Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
- Define patterns for writing resilient and scalable backend code.
- Developing and maintaining all server-side and client-side components.
- Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
- Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
- Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
- Documenting all processes, including database schemas, application changes, and updates, as well as preparing reports.
- Monitoring and improving front-end and back-end performance.
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
- Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, and Ember.
