Responsible for checking the Company order and delivery invoices.
Assigned by the HOD for the delivery of stock to the institutions and hospitals.
Ensure the purchase in ERP of stocks received from principals which is not existing in trade business of the Company.
Bill submission along with required complete documents.
Record keeping of Company’s institution business.
Regular follow up of payment, keeping Institutional Sales Manager and Head of Institutional Business in loop and updated. Follow up for the release of cash deposited receipt.
Responsible for the recovery of payments from the institutions and hospitals.
Responsible to keep all confidential matters secret and protect the interest of the Company.
Other suitable duties assigned as required or in line with the position competencies.
