·         Monitors sales company wise on the daily basis with respect to achieving assigned monthly / quarterly targets assigned to the as per sales group / territory.

·         Monitor Salesmen wise and company wise sales.

·         Identify the low performer in the team and plan to visit with them to improve particular person working for providing one to one training.

·         Responsible for review sales on the daily basis with respect to achieving assigned monthly / quarterly targets to Sales Department.

·         Responsible for collection of short / near to expiry products in the market and discuss with Branch Manager regarding replacement with the fresh stock.

·         Assist the Branch Manager in the development / consolidating monthly report on return stock ratio for the Management.

·         Responsible for visiting all customers of their area and developing more customers through proper business development of the Company in the market.

·         Ensure bimonthly meetings with salesmen to know the market and forwarding market survey report to the Branch Manager the enhancement and recognition of the Company.

·         Field Manager is responsible for handling and identifying market status, customers issue and grievances.

·         Arrange regular monthly meeting with Salesmen and deliverymen in the presence of Branch Manager.

  • Follow up of customers dishonor cheques from Sales Department. Sale Manager will stand responsible for dishonor cheques and outstanding payments.
  • Coordinate with Sales Department groups wise in preparing monthly principal wise target on the basis of last year & last month target, seasonal effects, bonus / special schemes of principals, target given by the principals and growth over last month and year.
  • In case of new product launched, ensure its proper availability in the market to the best possible.
  • Daily monitoring of return ratios and asking for reason for abnormal return.
  • Actively participate in meeting with Salesmen /deliveryman to discuss field problems, market complains, shortages, encouragement of achievers.
  • Generate detail report on field performance, customer coverage and sale achievements of Salesmen and agreement to a common strategy for improvement.
  • Responsible for highlighting and forwarding the detail to Branch Manager regarding the customer issues, implementing remedial actions proposed by him to overcome market issues and complains forwarded by customers.

Candidates with Pharmaceutical experience shall be preferred.
