•  Deliver beyond customer expectation while facilitating customers
  •  Communicate with customers through various channels (Calls, Email, WhatsApp & Social Media)
  •  Should be able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  •  Follow standard processes and procedures when it comes to providing the resolution
  •  Resilient approach towards challenging queries

Requirements:

  •  Minimum Bachelors in Business / Marketing related field.
  •  Must have at least 1 year of Writing experience.
  •  Excellent communication, and presentation skills. 
  •  Experience in Ecommerce Customer Services will be a plus.
  •  Efficient multitasking skill with “Problem-solving” and “Can-Do” attitude.
