Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs that support our applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-organized code, following best practices for folder and project structure. Work extensively with large datasets using MongoDB to ensure data integrity and performance. Collaborate closely with frontend and mobile development teams to guarantee seamless integration across platforms. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing backend systems to improve reliability and efficiency. Translate complex business logic into effective and scalable technical solutions.

Required Qualifications
Strong experience with Node.js is essential for this role. Candidates should have basic to intermediate proficiency in Python to support various backend tasks. Hands-on experience with MongoDB is required, particularly in managing and querying large datasets. Proven ability to build projects from the ground up, demonstrating a solid understanding of software architecture and best practices. The candidate must be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in backend development is expected.
