- Assist in End-to-end recruitment across all projects, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to ensure a steady pipeline of talent for current and future job openings.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with our organization.
- Guide candidates through the offer process and negotiate compensation packages in alignment with company standards.
- Assist in the onboarding and integration process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Conduct a detailed analysis of HR processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in develop and maintain a succession planning framework, ensuring a pipeline of talent to meet future leadership needs.
- Monitor and assess the progress of succession planning efforts, making necessary adjustments to the plan.
