We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to create and manage digital and print designs for our marketing needs.
The role of graphic designer is to develop creative content for the brand & reputation team and various functions across the organization.
The Graphic Designer (GD) will be working closely with the central brand team on creative ideas and will be responsible for timely development and delivery of all creative content.
Example of tasks include, development of social media content (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter), informational GIFs, flyers, posters, short videos and other media that the teams see fit for various campaigns.
The Graphic Designer (GD) will also be involved in the creative ideation process for various campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
- Innovate ideas / themes in graphical form for various requirements coming from the brand and reputation team
- Develop graphics and layouts for posters, logos, displays etc
- Develop GIFs and short motion videos for both internal and external audience
- Develop website design and marketing collateral design
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
- Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy for various campaigns
- Collaborate with social media team for content creation on different platforms
- Support internal marketing and branding with creative content
- Work on proactive creative ideas to build our brand strength
- Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
- Proven work experience of 3 to 5 years as a Graphic Designer.
- Portfolio of completed design project
- Functional knowledge of Adobe products like Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
- Hands on experience in professional typography techniques
- Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines.
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced iterative environment - Incorporating feedback, launching quickly and setting measures for success
