Barium Digital (Private) Limited is the fastest-growing digital marketing agency in Pakistan with a core focus on performance marketing. We work with pre-seed, Series A, and Series B startups and help them scale with data-driven digital marketing campaigns. Our team has full-stack marketing expertise, which allows us to build customized sales funnels tailored for every phase of the buyer journey. Our vision is to scale 100K businesses annually by providing them necessary strategic direction, knowledge, and tools.
We are looking for an experienced marketing manager to join our growing marketing team. He will be responsible for coordinating with the leadership to develop online campaigns, prepare marketing messaging and collaborate with the design team to come up with amazing media collateral.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Execute digital campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads (Search/Display), YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Proactively analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and metrics to effectively optimize the campaign.
- Collaborate with the creative team to come up with ideas for digital media content creation, including graphics, videos, and audio.
- Work closely with the account manager in helping the key accounts/clients understand the process, progress reports, and strategy
- Periodically report to the management team on campaign updates, key metrics, and strategy implementation
- Coordinate with the client services team to actively solve and troubleshoot problems
- Come up with ideas for social media, content calendar, and website content
- Prepare campaigns that are tailored towards ROAS and ROI related goals (and avoid vanity metrics in general)
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio
- Must be Google Search/Display certified
- Being Facebook Blueprint certified is a plus
- Preferably possess at least a Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) / Bachelors in Computer Science (BCS) degree
- Exceptional communication skills, unwavering attention to detail, and an innate desire for teamwork and integration
- Since this is a remote position, must have reliable access to laptop/workstation, internet, and electricity backup
- Must have access to headsets for audio/video meetings
- Ability to multitask and oversee a high volume of projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of TOFU/MOFU/BOFU and have a clear idea of various buyer journeys and buyer personas
- Solid understanding of Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other spreadsheet software
- Having an understanding of SPSS and Stata is a plus
