We are looking for sharp and energetic CSR's who can work in a challenging and yet compatible environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Describe Features of technical service/products to satisfy the customer.
Ability to manage ticketing system properly as per SLA.
Create/Update tickets and in a proper manner.
Liaison with other departments for timely delivery of products.
Call customers for queries/verification
Communication Skills: You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.

The ideal candidate must possess:

Experience of handling a number of calls/complaints from the customers and updating tickets
Must have the ability to provide the right technical solutions to the customer's request.
Proficiency in Problem resolution techniques with a strong voice and accent

Skills

Strong Communication, Ability to use the software, Team Player, Time management, Confident, flexible & have sound knowledge in Computer systems.

Note: This is a Hyderabad based position please do not apply if you are not from Hyderabad or not willing to relocate.
