Bidding Coordinator

Base Camp Data Solutions is looking for the Bidding Coordinator to keep proper records and strictly follow up with banks, shipping lines clearing agents and traders, advance remittances, custom tariff relevant SROs, EIF, Goods Declaration Forms, E-form, etc.

Work with the team to fetch and implement the technical information from potential Bids & implement them in our CRM system
Assist in building a bidding business and implementing improvements
To understand and improvise the project requirements standards and document them.
Work with the design and sales team on a potential signage project
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely submission and pursue strong follow-ups
Demonstrate and improvise data and reporting for management to assist with decisions
Should be a multi-tasker with a project management skill set
