Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a heart to serve customers.
- Previously experienced in a call center/live chat position.
- Ability to type 35 WPM with 80% accuracy and handle multiple inbound chats with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule/shifts. There are 3 working shifts.
Morning shift timing: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM
Evening shift timing: 04:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Night shift timing: 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM
