Qualifications:
Intermediate, O-Levels, or fresh graduates welcome
Background in IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering is preferred
Shift Timings: Monday to Friday (8 pm - 3 am)
Salary Package: Market Competitive
Responsibilities:
- Bid and submit proposals on platforms like Freelancer and Upwork to win website projects
- Generate leads, draft proposals, negotiate with clients, and close sales deals
- Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies
- Identify potential projects and create compelling proposals
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
Requirements:
- Strong bidding profile on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a focus on goals
- Ability to handle sales targets and maintain high ratings on bidding platforms
- Proven track record as a successful bidder
- Ability to achieve a minimum monthly target of $3k
- Knowledge of design and development is a plus
