- Develop and prepare Ads for recruitment and review resumes and Job application on daily basis for group of companies under the supervision of department head
- Creates a hiring requisitions along with Job descriptions approved asn per organograms
- Conduct initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews under the supervision of department head
- Assist in conducting panel interviews and provide the necessary inputs during the hiring process
- Maintain data base of potential candidates of employees for future hiring process
- Conduct proper orientation of new joiners with presentation and visit
- Participate in Job and career fairs with maintaining a very fine communication with different representatives of universities
- Should have strong follow up ability
