  • Performance tracking of Customer Service staff on all touch points.
  • Monitoring, evaluation of customer service staff and anticipate training needs.
  • Development of respective reports and visibility.
  • To take QA & Training related initiatives to keep workforce motivated and performance driven.
  • Achieving QA Standardization through Calibration Process (Internal & External).
